““This is a stunning 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property. The views are spectacular, in fact way more impressive than previous very high priced properties we have stayed at on Waiheke. The expansive Northern views take in Coromandel around to Auckland.
The photos although accurate, do not do it true justice. We found the designer kitchen to be extremely well appointed, with everything we needed, even brought out that frustrated chef side of my partner. The Espresso machine was well appreciated.
The house is pure quality, very spacious and comfortable. It has 3 separate lounge areas all with designer leather couches. One lounge area is where we hung out to watch the smart TV on the 55inch screen, another is where we spent late afternoon enjoying the sun. The third is upstairs in the office area, so plenty of different spaces to enjoy. The large spacious lounge room opens up onto a very generous deck, where there is an outdoor table and chairs, great spot for our morning coffee, and breakfast, and there are 2 loungers where we enjoyed all day sun from the sunrise there to welcome in the morning, and the sunsets are quite magical. Being sun lovers, this property was a dream for us.
There are 2 large bedrooms, the Master with en-suite, with a full glass shower offering views to die for, quite an experience, although for the more prudish, one can use the second bathroom which offers more privacy. The master has a super comfy king bed, and heat pump and separate walk in dressing room. Its lounge area opens up onto a large north facing deck, another spot we used allot. The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has a full bathroom beside it. The upstairs lounge is also where the office is located with its high speed fiber internet. Great space to work in. Then there is the added bonus of the Spa Pool, and with Waiheke's dark skies, we loved the light show from the stars, it is enchanting to say the least. The house is very warm even on the coldest days, with its 2 heat-pumps, 1 downstairs in the lounge and another in the master bedroom. There is also a gas fireplace, so you won’t be cold on any day.
This property has everything, offering wonderful value for money, and the property managers are great to deal with. Its location is perfect being within a few minutes drive from pretty much anywhere you may want to go such as the supermarket or main village of Oneroa. We can highly recommend Hauraki Villa. Just book it, you will be so happy you did, its the perfect holiday home at a very reasonable price for such quality. We will be back for more.””
