Villa Topaz is a quality 1 bedroom holiday accommodation located with easy access from the top car park area. Just a short stroll along the path brings you to this very cute and comfortable Villa. The Villa is bright and fresh and very well equipped with everything you may require in order to have a comfortable relaxing stay. There is even a Lazy Boy if you just want to chill out and watch TV, listen to the stereo, or use the Free WiFi to entertain yourselves.

The north facing deck area is full of sun providing the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ dinner and a glass of that great Waiheke wine while overlooking beautiful Palm Beach and beyond.  

Villa Topaz is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom accommodation, with the bedroom ensuring a good night’s rest with comfy new split king bed which can be configured as a double or two singles. High quality pillows and Egyptian cotton bed linen make for a luxurious and relaxing nights sleep.

The villa is equipped with heat pump/air conditioning, Sky TV and a BBQ.

The Villa is well positioned being close to the upper car park and restaurant/bar, and just the spot to stay while spending some relaxing time on Waiheke Island!

We encourage you to make use of the other resort facilities as they have a fantastic pool and hot spa pools as well as a great bar and restaurant overlooking Palm Beach. These are open to the public subject to availability - occasionally they will be privately reserved for large groups. Please enquire availability at the Waiheke Island Resort reception upon arrival. The charge to access the pool and spa is $10 per person per day, payable at reception. Kids 12 & under will be free, but require adult supervision - said adults will have to pay to gain access to the Pool deck.

Plenty of free car parking available.

Please be advised that this Villa is located within the grounds of The Waiheke Island Resort, who are a separate company and not associated with Waiheke Unlimited. From time to time they run events, which can create some noise and may mean some facilities are reserved. These events are typically finished by 9pm (although some may run a little later) and are not something Waiheke Unlimited can control.

“Villa Topaz is a very homely, immaculate 1 bedroom cottage, very well equiped and maintained, with a delightful sea and beach view. A generous deck with view as above for sundowners. Quality linen and bath sheet sized towels too. Level path to bar, restaurant and pool. Central to the best beaches, restaurants, wineries and bus stops at end of the driveway. Waiheke is a very unique place with a lot of character, incredible coastal walking tracks, gourmet food. Enjoy.”
