Please be aware that Villa Rosa is elevated, giving it fabulous reviews. We encourage you to make use of the other resort facilities as they have a fantastic pool and hot spa pools as well as a great bar and restaurant overlooking Palm Beach. These are open to the public subject to availability - occasionally they will be privately reserved for large groups. Please enquire availability at the Waiheke Island Resort reception upon arrival. The charge to access the pool and spa is $10 per person per day, payable at reception. Kids 12 & under will be free, but require adult supervision - said adults will have to pay to gain access to the Pool deck.
Please be advised that this Villa is located within the grounds of The Waiheke Island Resort, who are a separate company and not associated with Waiheke Unlimited. From time to time they run events, which can create some noise and may mean some facilities are reserved. These events are typically finished by 9pm (although some may run a little later) and are not something Waiheke Unlimited can control.

Ed's place exceeded my expectations. The living area fills with the sun all day long and has great views and feels private even with the proximity of the other villas around. It is a really light filled space which was nice to relax in. The rooms had large beds with great large, soft pillows and felt extremely clean. There are quite a few stairs winding through some trees/bush area to get to the entrance (which didn't bother us as we were very able bodied). The kitchen had the simple amenities that we required and a small fridge. Overall the place felt very relaxing and clean. ”
