Waiheke Unlimited has been proud to have managed hundreds of Waiheke properties over the past 20 years. Many are still with us, and others have been sold and therefore no longer in the rental portfolio.

Waiheke Unlimited's position is that of being in the middle between clients and owners, where we take extreme care to make it work for both parties. We vet all clients, and we do not rent to the younger age group, nor do we allow our properties to be used as party venues.

Our rental properties are for the clients enjoyment as holiday accommodation, and our binding "Terms of Rental" which clients are required to sign upon booking, gives owners the peace of mind that their little piece of paradise will always be well looked after and respected.
