Three bedrooms are located in the main house, with a king master bedroom and two queen bedrooms, all made up with premium linen. The separate sleepout has two single bunk beds, creating a fun space for children and giving families plenty of flexibility.
Upstairs, the main family bathroom has a shower and toilet, while downstairs there is a second compact bathroom with a shower and toilet alongside the laundry. A warm outdoor shower beside the sleepout is perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.
The large, level lawn is one of Bay Song’s standout features. Fully fenced and surrounded by established greenery, it gives younger children plenty of space to run and play while adults relax on the verandah nearby.
