Our immaculate, fresh and modern 3 bedroom apartment 'Condo on the Beach' has an amazing picturesque beachfront location and is perfect for your holiday getaway, with outstanding sea views and excellent facilities within strolling distance.

Located at the end of Onetangi beach, a few minutes stroll takes you to a range of bars, restaurants and cafes at the waters edge.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom. The bedrooms offer one split-king bed that splits into two singles, a queen and a double bed. The large open plan lounge & dining area offer modern kitchen, complete with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a washer & dryer for laundry.

The lounge has large bi-fold windows that open up to gorgeous sea views and there is a modern smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and built in Chromecast. The apartment comes with complimentary high speed Wifi.

A communal BBQ, lawn area and outdoor shower are all located downstairs for guests to enjoy, and there is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle on site.

““We had a lovely family break away spending 3 nights here. The apartment is spacious and well presented providing everything we needed. We were travelling with a 6mth old baby so having the beach across the road was fantastic. Cafes & restaurants are within walking distance. Communication was excellent & the host was able to supply a porta cot & configure the rooms to suit us.”

“Great apartment right on the beach. The apartment was spacious, light, clean and very well appointed (sharp knives!) I was expecting less of a beach feel and view as it was a couple of units back but there was a great view - though not directly out front - and definitely felt like a beach holiday! Nice and close to some great restaurants too. Also a really nice touch that I had a call from the host on booking to check on room configuration and whether we needed help with local tips, etc. Would definitely stay again.
