Set in a quiet, elevated position and surrounded by native bush, the property feels tucked away while still being within easy reach of the beach. Birdlife is a constant presence, adding to the sense of calm and privacy.
The main living space is open plan and designed for easy group living. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and everything needed for longer stays or shared meals. A large dining table comfortably seats eight, while the lounge includes a gas fireplace and smart TV with Sky Sport, Sky Movies and Netflix. High-speed internet is available throughout the house. Guests are also provided with luxury linen, quality amenities, and a welcome pack with premium teas and coffees on arrival.
The home offers four bedrooms across two levels. Three bedrooms, along with a full bathroom and laundry, are located on the main floor. One with split king (which can be a King or 2 x Singles, plus another King room and a queen room). Upstairs, the master suite with King bed, is set apart with its own ensuite, premium fixtures, and a private deck overlooking the bay. The bathrooms have been recently updated and are finished to a high standard.
Outdoor living is a key part of the experience at The Point. Large sliding doors open onto generous decks running along the front of the house, creating multiple spaces to sit, dine, and take in the view. A gas BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking, while the flat lawn offers plenty of space for families to relax.
A new outdoor heated swimming pool is currently under construction and will be completed well before summer. Designed for both family fun and more active swimming, it will provide plenty of space for children to play while also being a great option for swimming laps.
The six-seater spa pool is positioned to make the most of the outlook, providing a sheltered and private place to unwind while looking out over Onetangi Beach, whether during the day or under the stars.
A walking track leads down to Onetangi Beach in around five minutes. Here you will find 2.5 kilometres of white sand and a selection of well-known beachfront restaurants, making it easy to spend the day by the water without needing to drive.
