Ridge Cottage is a much-loved family holiday home that has undergone a complete renovation and is now available for holiday rentals. Sleeping up to six guests, it has two queen bedrooms in the main house and a separate bunk room with two single bunks.
Bright, fresh and welcoming, the main house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for easy holiday living. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with generous bench space and breakfast-bar seating, while the comfortable lounge has a large Smart TV and high-speed internet.
The living area opens directly onto a spacious covered deck, where you can enjoy long lunches, evening BBQs and views towards the sea. The deck catches plenty of sun, while the flat lawn below gives children space to play.
Both bedrooms in the main house have queen beds and premium linens. The separate bunk room has two single bunks, its own Smart TV and a selection of games, giving children or younger guests a fun space of their own.
The main house includes a family bathroom with a shower and toilet. A full laundry room provides an additional toilet, and there is also a private outdoor hot shower in its own cubicle, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Thoughtful touches throughout the home make settling in easy, including tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel and other quality household essentials. Free off-street parking is provided, and nearby bus routes offer a convenient way to explore the island.
Oneroa village, with its cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries, is close by, and the beach is an easy stroll away. With its sunny outdoor spaces, fresh interiors and relaxed family-friendly layout, Ridge Cottage is an inviting base for a Waiheke getaway.
