Te Toki Lodge is a stunning 100 year old building that has been brought up to date with luxury fixtures and modern amenities. Nestled in a 4 acre private estate, this spectacular home offers a luxurious experience in a relaxing and tranquil setting. The heart of this house is the Atrium - an impressive space with high vaulted ceilings and wrap-around views of the garden giving a great indoor, outdoor flow. The centre piece of the Atrium is the huge rustic stone fireplace, making the space just as good in winter as in summer, the whole area is air conditioned, so it stays cool even on the hottest days. Besides the atrium is a large entertainer's kitchen with a large marble island, six-burner stove, espresso machine and all the kitchen appliances you would expect from an family house.
A huge lounge area adjacent to the kitchen offers a spacious area with lounge seats and a large flatscreen TV and a marble dining table surrounded by windows overlooking the gardens. There is an integrated sound system allowing you to enjoy your favourite tunes all around the property.
The house has four well-appointed bedrooms with king sized beds that can be split to single beds as required. The beds offer amazingly comfortable pillow-top mattresses and Egyptian cotton linens. The rooms have lovely views over the surrounding gardens. Each bedroom has air conditioning and heating for your comfort. There is a double shower in the main upstairs bathroom and the downstairs bathroom contains shower and beautiful claw-foot bath. There are also two outdoor toilets. An outside hot shower is located in the spa pool area.
Outside there are acres of woodland, gardens and winding pathways to explore, with numerous spots to sit and relax. There are fantastic outdoor dining areas, a large gas BBQ, a huge family sized spa pool and loads of lawn space perfect for games with the kids, making this a safe and fun summer venue.
Te Toki Lodge is located just a few minutes walk from the golden sands of Palm Beach with a wonderful bar and restaurant and convenience store. A few minutes by car will get you to Oneroa village full of great boutique shops, cafes and restaurants and the spectacular Onetangi Beach is only 5 minutes away, with seafront dining options and 2km of golden sands to walk on.
