We offer services from general property maintenance through to full property management. The general maintenance includes lawns and grounds, whereas with our Property Management, we have our properties on a bi annual Warrant of Fitness, so that it is always in perfect shape and working condition. As part of the WOF, every item in your property is registered, whether that be make and model of the dishwasher/oven etc, or the different paint brands and colors that have been used throughout the house. This is very valuable information to have, as it means replacements are easy and not time consuming, and from the information contained in your files, we can replace exactly the same items you originally had. This is all encompassing in so much that everything in the house will be listed by make and model whether it be the type of hot water element through to the oven.
