The dining room is on this mid level along with the lounge room both of which open onto deck areas via french doors.
The fully equipped laundry is on the lower level along with a further bathroom with shower and toilet, perfect for rinsing off after a day on the beach. There is also a 2 car garage and workshop. The property comes completet with a Piagio scooter and a jet ski is optional.
