Weddings on the water

Waiheke Island has fast become The Place for weddings, however here is an interesting venue which incorporates Waiheke, being “Weddings on the Water”  

The Hauraki Gulf is one of the most superb island encrusted gulfs in the world and now you can get married on the water whilst cruising these wonderful waters. The MV Passage is a 500 ton ship which comfortably carries up to 200 guests, perfect for your special wedding day.

Wedding cruises are tailored to your needs. Guests board at Princes wharf downtown Auckland . Once the ship is on it’s way the bridal party arrive by helicopter. What a fantastic entrance.

Then after the ceremony and festivities the bridal party can helicopter off the ship straight into one of our fabulous properties, or disembark at the Waiheke wharf and be transported by wedding car to their honeymoon property of choice.

Guests can also disembark at the Waiheke wharf where they can be collected and transported to their accommodation. This keeps the wedding congregation all together for the next days after party.
