This luxury holiday house is perched at the top of a private beach with wide-sweeping views of the Hauraki Gulf back to Auckland City.  It is contained in a private gated estate only 5 mins drive from the main ferry terminal and the local village. The property is situated on 3.5acres that offers seclusion and privacy and only 100m walk to the beach.

A contemporary design that offers four bedrooms, a bunk room, three bathrooms, a generous living area and a TV room. There are three outdoor living areas of which one is appointed to the highest standard with BBQ, fireplace, couches, dining table and can be enclosed to protect from sea breezes whilst you are still able to enjoy the 180 degree vista.

It is suitable for up to four couples or two families with up to five children. It is child friendly with a large fenced area with trampoline, or one can venture further into the extensive native plantings for hide and seek or play in the children’s hut.The beach is a beautiful and safe swimming beach and great rocks for exploring and fishing.
