Beachfront Bungalow, Palm Beach, is a classic Kiwi Cottage in a stunning location, being absolute beachfront on pristine Palm Beach, Waiheke Island.

This tastefully modernised north facing cottage has bi-fold doors opening to the sounds of the lapping waves over golden sand.

Deck chairs on the generous sized deck invite you to sit and be mesmerised by the views over the beach and way beyond to Great Barrier Island.

Under one of the two large Norfolk Pine Trees on the front lawn you can take a nap in the Hammock for that rare experience of total relaxation.

This Bungalow has a lovely feeling with good space in it's open-plan kitchen/living/dining room area. Although an older styled building it has been very well reappointed with it's kitchen having all the modern appliances including a dishwasher, there is also SKY TV, a DVD and stereo and  the outdoor furniture comes complete with a BBQ.

Beachfront Bungalow is a perfect getaway place and ideally suited to one couple and 2 children although the bunk beds are also comfortable for adults.

Because of its absolute beachfront location it does not have car or foot access to the property via the street.  You need to walk 25 metres down the beach to enter the property.  Car parking is on the street which is safe.
