Bach on Palm is a two bedroom, quintessential kiwi bach.  Located in a quiet cul de sac with good Palm Beach views, it is a short walk to the beach, playground, dairy and the renowned Palm Beach Cafe.

The recent renovations have maintained the "bach feel" but the bright white finishes and decor, coupled with the open plan design and flow, have created a comfortable, tropical ambience in a wonderful location.

The lounge, with a flatscreen TV, DVD, SKY and surround sound, melts into the covered deck area by way of wide opening bi-folds where there is a large rimu dining table and seating fro up to 10 diners.  The area can be totally closed in should conditions necessitate, is very private and there is a BBQ close at hand.  Another set of bi-fold doors leads off the lounge and, together with the ceiling fan, ensures a pleasant circulation of the breeze.

The main bedroom has a queen size Design Mobel bed and mattress and also flows onto the deck.  The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a good, comfortable double mattress below and a single above.  Both bedrooms have two sets of blinds, one block-out and one shade.

The modernised kitchen includes a large gas hob, two electric ovens, a double-door fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and water filter.  The large bi-fold windows open out onto the sunny outside back area.

The bathroom has a fully tiled "his and her" shower and a neat washing machine and tumble dryer alcove.

There is something special about the location and atmosphere of this holiday destination which needs to be experienced.
