This is a stylish Waiheke home consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - including a spa bath.  The master bedroom has a queen bed with fantastic views over the water and an ensuite.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has twin single beds and the fourth bedroom is a single.  There is heating in every room making it lovely and warm during those winter months.

The house is comfortably appointed in a beach house style, with an open plan kitchen and dining room running onto the lounge area. The deck and entertainment area comes complete with an outside fireplace and barbeque.  The outside shower is very convenient after a trip down to the water where there is plenty to catch for your dinner. 

The expansive northern views over both Hekerua and Sandy Bay's are simply delightful, and the house enjoys all day sun creating a warm home in the winter.
