This venue has everything you may require from a large indoor room which can be set up to accomodate 30+ paticipants in a long board room style, or the outdoor areas can also be set up to accommodate large groups including under marquee events, for up to 185 guests.

Team building activities have never been easier to manage - take advantage of the water sport facilities, bush and beach walks or you can arrange to visit the Sculpture Park in the next bay.

Oneroa Bay Vineyard Estate is a stunning property 8 years in the planning and a lifetime of future enjoyment.  OBVE is a large ultra-modern contemporary beach house located on the point above Oneroa Bay with outstanding 360 degree views taking in the coastal vista to the east, Gulf Islands to the North right around to bays of South Auckland and further west to the lights of Auckland City - very impresseive indeed.

The house has a large open plan indoor area which can accomodate a board room style setting which can cater for 20+ participants. It also has large decks both front and rear which suit an outdoor setting for larger groups seated in a boardroom style configuration or can be used as break out areas. 

There are large flat lawn areas on each side of the house which have outstanding coastal views and vineyard views. These areas are  suitable for marquee styled events accommodating 100 + guests.

Beach Villa Duplex is a 7-bedroom, 5 bathroom home  located in the heart of Oneroa village.  The property can accommodate a team of 14 persons individually or 16 - 20 on a share basis.  The combination of Beach Villa Duplex and Bliss on the Beach - right next door - (see below) offers the opportunity to mix and match the properties and jointly, can accommodate a team of 19 persons individually or up to 22 persons on a share basis. And when these two properties are combimned with Beachfront Apartment 1 and 2 (see below) which are also next door we can accommodate a further 11 guests individually.

Thats a total of 30 guests sleeping individually, and all within a minute of each other.

With large sunny decks and fabulous views across the bay and beyond, Beach Villa Duplex provides a ambience conducive for inspiring great ideas and the location is perfect for those much needed comfort breaks and a quick cappuccino at one of the many cafes right next door.  The beach is within a minute’s walk - fabulous for winding down at the end of a busy day.

This is very modern property with three bedrooms on two levels, and with a big, dual personality. This property can accommodate a team of 4 persons individually or 6 persons on a share basis.  The combination of Bliss on the Beach and Beach Villa Duplex - right next door - offers the opportunity to mix and match the properties, sleeping up to 24 guests individually. 

Located absolutely adjacent to Oneroa Village provides and excellent opportunity to stretch your legs during those much required breaks and grab a cappucino at one of the many cafes.  

The huge view from the board table is all beach and water, and our in-house caterer loves the gourmet kitchen.

There is private beach access which takes only moments to be on the pristine golden sand of Oneroa Beach.

A 4 bedroom 2 story beach property in a  private and peaceful location with views over Enclosure Bay, and only moments from the beach via its private path.
